Pro-Aborts Are Panicking

Yes, folks, that is an actual headline from Salon.com, spotlighting a plan to provide illegal abortion pills–and avoid anyone paying the price–in the event that the Supreme Court guts the Roe v. Wade decision with their upcoming decision in Dobbs v. JWHO.

“Some [abortion] activists are betting on [abortion] pills as a way for abortion to not just be physically safe, but safe from law enforcement,” explains writer Amanda Marcotte.

And when the Supreme Court overturns Roe and Casey, California will be ground zero for the abortion pill battle.

Daniel Grossman, MD, of the University of California at San Francisco, admits “[s]ome of this is going to fall on emergency department clinicians,” because patients may go to the ER when they experience complications from taking abortion pills at home. He says doctors need to learn how to protect women who may take abortion pills that are no longer legal–while also protecting themselves.

“We need to get better about really figuring out what questions we need to ask and what we need to document in the medical record,” he noted, because “the medical record could be used against the patient to potentially prosecute them.” In other words, develop secret strategies to cover up medical abuse and avoid prosecution.

“So, this California doctor is figuring out ways to avoid legal liability for complications from the abortion pill,” says Susan S. Arnall, Esq., Director of Outreach and Engagement for the Right to Life League.

“This is not healthcare–but it’s no surprise that a pro-abortion doctor would make the mistake of believing that it is. After all, he believes killing an unborn child is healthcare, too.”

Fighting the “Future of Abortion” in California

Grossman is a former NARAL board member and a member of California’s Future of Abortion Council, a group of 40 California abortion providers already lobbying state legislators to use taxpayer money to make California a “sanctuary state” for abortion. Read more about that here and how the League is countering the cabal’s push to usurp taxpayer money to kill babies.
