California Universities Deny the Right to Life

California Universities Deny the Right to Life

Last week SB 320–which will require our University of California and California State University student health centers to provide the abortion pill–passed the Assembly Appropriations Committee.

If passed into law, this legislation will turn our state university health centers into de facto abortion clinics. (Shockingly, the FDA has released data of a study on the impact of mifeprestone, finding that it is far from the safe, consequence-free abortion option the abortion lobby likes to pretend it is–and yet our own state legislators persist in pushing this dangerous drug into our state university health centers.)

And that may not even be the worst part. Do you have any idea what this proposed legislation actually says?

Here’s how it begins:

“Abortion care is a constitutional right…”

That’s right: this devastating piece of legislation actually claims that ending the life of an unborn child is a constitutional right.

Let us pray for our Golden State–and let us pray for the future of all the unborn children within its borders, and across our nation.
